Age Compliance & 2257 Statement

Last updated: October 2026

The content on this site is for adults only

NightVault contains material intended exclusively for adult audiences. All persons depicted in the live-action video titles indexed by this site are adults, aged 18 or older at the time of production.

What NightVault is — and is not

NightVault is a link directory. We collect, organize, and describe links to videos that are produced by third-party studios and hosted on third-party file-hosting and streaming services. We do not produce, film, upload, host, or store any video content ourselves, and we do not alter the content in any way. When you click a link you leave NightVault and go directly to an external provider.

Animated (anime / hentai) section

The anime and hentai titles indexed by this site are animated works. They do not depict real persons, so the recordkeeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply to them.

Live-action (JAV) section

The Japanese adult video (JAV) titles indexed by this site are produced by professional studios in Japan. The original producers of these works maintain the age and identity records for their performers in accordance with applicable law, as is standard for foreign-produced material under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(c). As a directory that does not produce or host this content, NightVault relies on the records maintained by the original producers.
