Three innocent female students arrive at a nursing home for work experience! They are cleverly deceived by a wicked staff member who says, "Let's wipe their lower bodies too," and are ****** to perform handjobs on patients in a manner that resembles "genital cleansing" without any prior knowledge! The patients, whose tips are being handjobbed by all three at once, can't bear it and ejaculate profusely! They are lectured to "clean up the mess," and ****** to perform slow fellatio, licking up the spilled semen with tears in their eyes, before being left alone with the men in private rooms, bathrooms, and toilets… From cunnilingus with a genital cleansing bottle causing them to squirt, to standing doggy-style penetration in their soaking wet underwear! Crying, they say, "Is this also nursing care…?" as they are brought to orgasm again and again by the slow thrusting with no escape, and finally soiled with a facial cumshot!
